1. The 7-day change of mind window
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee to all new customers.
- Eligibility. If you change your mind for any reason, you have 7 calendar days from the exact date and time of your initial purchase to request a full refund.
- Process. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 7-day window via our official contact form or by emailing our support team.
- Outcome. Upon processing your request, we will issue a 100% refund of the purchase price to your original payment method, and your access to the Key Dials software will be terminated immediately.
2. Cancellations after 7 days
Key Dials is structured as an annual service commitment. If you wish to cancel your service after the initial 7-day window has passed, the following terms apply:
- No mid-term refunds. We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for the remaining months of your 12-month subscription period.
- Continued access. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the Key Dials app. Following cancellation, your Key Dials software will remain fully operational, and you will retain access to the Service for the remainder of the 12-month period you have paid for.
- Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each 12-month cycle and the payment method on file is charged for the next year. If you have cancelled, your subscription will not renew: your agreement ends when the current 12-month cycle concludes and your access to the software will cease.
3. Processing refunds
Approved refunds (requested within the initial 7-day window) will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will only be credited back to the original debit card, credit card, or payment method used to make the purchase. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or card issuer.
4. Exceptions and statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws (such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015), where applicable. If the Key Dials software is faulty, digitally corrupted, or misdescribed, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and rectify the issue.
