Personal

Proving your financial character, without the back and forth.

A mortgage application is an exercise in evidencing who you are, what you earn, what you owe and what you spend. None of it is difficult and all of it is tedious, and the process stalls in the gap between a broker asking for something and you working out which document they meant. Held as a dial, the list is visible from the start and stops being a conversation.

You can see what is still outstanding without asking anybody.

What the dial holds

Six sections and forty items. Most of them will not apply to you — the ones that do are the ones the dial asks for, and the rest are simply never opened.

Dials created with partners start with a basic dial, and can then have additional sections (the outer ring) and segments (the inner slices) added. There are many other benefits and features we can share with potential partners and clients.

  • Anyone applying, especially self-employed or with several income sources
  • Brokers who send the same document list a hundred times a year
  • Anybody who has been asked twice for the same bank statement
