Personal
Everything a buyer will ask for, ready before they ask.
A sale does not usually fall through because something is wrong. It falls through because finding out takes eleven weeks, and somebody loses patience in week nine. The upfront pack moves all of that to the start: title, condition, searches, leasehold and identity assembled before the property is listed, on a face a buyer’s solicitor can be shown.
Nothing is claimed. Every green is a document somebody can open.
What the dial holds
Five sections and twenty documents. Each turns green when the document is attached to it, which is also the moment a buyer’s solicitor can be given it.
Dials created with partners start with a basic dial, and can then have additional sections (the outer ring) and segments (the inner slices) added. There are many other benefits and features we can share with potential partners and clients.
