They are hard to hold: a duty holder named, boundaries mapped, capacity logged, the site registered, four kinds of emergency procedure kept current, staff trained, and drills run and debriefed every term — across a site where the people change every year. This dial holds the tier as its actual requirements, so an inspection portfolio is something you already have.
The evidence is built as you go, not assembled when somebody asks.
What the dial holds
Seven sections and twenty-one requirements. Several are one-off and stay green; the last section is the one that keeps moving, because assurance is a cycle rather than a task.
Dials created with partners start with a basic dial, and can then have additional sections (the outer ring) and segments (the inner slices) added. There are many other benefits and features we can share with potential partners and clients.
