Housing & lettings
Green in May. Red in June. Same property.
Property compliance is perishable. Nothing about the building changes — a certificate expires, a registration is not renewed, an assessment falls out of date, and a property that was fully compliant last month is not. Run once a year this is a scramble; run as a dial it is a clock per duty, and the property tells you before the deadline does.
The dial turns before the certificate lapses, not after somebody notices.
What the dial holds
Seven sections, twenty-one duties, and each one carrying its own renewal clock. The last section is not a duty at all — it is the property health score the other six produce.
Dials created with partners start with a basic dial, and can then have additional sections (the outer ring) and segments (the inner slices) added. There are many other benefits and features we can share with potential partners and clients.
