Every category in one place, each with its own clear set of action points.
Files and decisions spread across solicitors, banks, insurers, family and online platforms.
Attach scans and reference numbers directly to the action they belong to.
When the time comes, loved ones search for information under emotional stress.
A permanent, timestamped trail shows what is done, what is next, and where to find it.
Most know they should organise this — but not what to track or how to keep it current.
Each action point comes with plain-English guidance. Start anywhere, update as life changes.

The personal experiences that led us to create a better way to plan and protect what matters.
Mark Reynolds' story
I was incredibly lucky to have a very loving upbringing, and I remained close to my parents until they passed. But even with that closeness, my sister and I still struggled to make decisions about their funerals. The hardest part was choosing the music and hymns — we simply didn't know exactly what they would have wanted, and I wish we had discussed it beforehand.
We were fortunate that their estate wasn't overly complex, however, finding the necessary information still took a tremendous amount of time. Sifting through piles of paperwork made me reflect on my own situation.
I realised I had never discussed these things with my own children. This is a subject they are uncomfortable discussing. I also realised that my parents had physical copies of statements, whilst I receive everything digitally (no physical copy), so tracking down my accounts will be far more complex.
If something happened to me, they wouldn't know where to look for my bank accounts, my will, whether or not I have a life insurance policy, details about pensions, savings etc.
In my days as a financial advisor, I heard this exact same story — often far more complicated — time and time again from others. Some people are highly organised, while others are not. But even for the highly organised, are those physical documents truly safe from fire, flood, or being misplaced?
That is why we created the PEP Dial. A secure tool designed to help you organise your affairs today, giving you peace of mind in life, and giving your loved ones clarity when they need it most.

Mark Capon's story
I come across clients who are trying to deal with the affairs of a loved one. At this time of grief, the added hassle of sorting out their affairs can be stressful — even though that person thinks he has left things in order. Some people take years to obtain all the information to complete probate.
This system is simple, efficient and secure.
Michael Murphy's story
As a solicitor, I know that one of the most stressful events in one's life is dealing firstly with the loss of a family member or close friend. Secondly, quite often you are appointed as an executor to undertake the task of working out your dearly departed's assets, liabilities and funeral wishes — and making sure you are progressing matters as quickly as possible.
As often is the case, the deceased may not have organised their affairs, leaving everything to the executor to organise.
The executor is faced with numerous boxes and files containing financial information and possibly funeral wishes.
This is a very time consuming and expensive exercise, with the risk of missing an important document which could result in providing the Beneficiaries and or HMRC with incorrect information.
Key Dials avoids all of this, by providing an efficient and cost-effective way of collecting all financial and personal information in one secure place.
Whether you're planning ahead or managing an estate now, the Personal Estate Planning gives you the structure to stay on track.
